Import invoices you already have

Bulk upload past PDFs or photos — Heel will read each one in the background.

From Capture → Bulk upload, drop in up to 25 files (PDFs or images). Heel queues them and reads each one in the background; you can keep working while the queue drains.

Each invoice lands as a draft until you confirm the extracted fields. The dashboard shows a count of drafts awaiting review.

Beta limits

During beta, Heel reads up to 25 receipts per pet per month automatically. Past that, you can still upload — they just stay as manual-entry placeholders until the next month rolls over.

  • The email on your Heel account (so we can find you)
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if it's a visual issue — attach to a reply once you've got a thread
  • The invoice or EOB ID if it's about a specific document
  • Roughly when it happened (helps us find logs)
