Create your Heel account

Sign up with email, verify, and land on your dashboard for the first time.


Heel is currently in private beta. To create an account, head to /login and enter the email address you used on the waitlist. We'll send a one-time link that signs you in — no password required.

If the email never arrives

  1. Check spam and any "Promotions" tab.
  2. Confirm the address matches the one on the waitlist exactly — typos and aliases (e.g. +tag suffixes) count as different accounts.
  3. Wait a full minute, then request a fresh link. The previous link is invalidated as soon as you ask for a new one.

Still nothing? Message support and include the email you used. We'll resend manually.

When you write in, include:

  • The email on your Heel account (so we can find you)
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if it's a visual issue — attach to a reply once you've got a thread
  • The invoice or EOB ID if it's about a specific document
  • Roughly when it happened (helps us find logs)
