Capture vet receipts
Snap a photo, upload a PDF, or forward an email. Heel reads the line items for you, with you confirming anything it isn't sure about.
Upload your EOBs
Upload an explanation-of-benefits from your insurer. Heel matches it to the right invoice and surfaces the line-by-line variance.
Expected-vs-actual math
Heel calculates what your insurer should pay based on your policy, then compares the EOB. When numbers don't match, you see why.
Multi-pet households
Add as many pets as you want under one account, each with their own ledger but a combined household view on the home screen.
CSV export
Pull the whole ledger — receipts, line items, EOBs, policies — as a clean spreadsheet bundle any time.
Submit claims directly from Heel
For supported insurers, Heel will file the claim through their official channel and track its status. For the rest, a one-tap email package. We're working through the partner integrations now.
Health & spend forecast
Watch the cadence of your pet's care (monthly refills, quarterly preventives, annual labs) and project the next 12 months of expected vet spend.
Live bank-card reconciliation
Connect a card (read-only) so Heel can match vet charges to invoices and flag ones missing a receipt — the most common way money gets lost.
Year-end tax & pet-trust bundle
A single export package suitable for HSA/FSA submission, deductible-tracking, and pet-trust paperwork. Categorized, attached, and ready to send.
Native iOS app
Heel is web-first today. A native iOS app is on the roadmap — same data, faster capture from the camera, lock-screen widgets.
Native Android app
We hear you. Android will follow iOS, on a similar timeline. Subscribe to product notes (footer) if you'd like to know when.
Family sharing
Invite a partner, parent, or co-parent to view and edit the ledger together. Useful for splitting a pet across two households or helping an older parent manage a senior dog.
Vet portal integration
Direct EHR/PIMS pulls so receipts arrive in Heel before you've left the parking lot. Slow and unsexy work, but it's the long-term right answer.
